Vital world itemโœ”
Team with a beige, grey or navy shirt, a tie in a darker shade of blue. Perhaps this combo will hasten your promotion day. ๐Ÿ˜‰

A Crewneck Jumper

Personally I love the overall look when this item is included in an outfit.

A Good Quality White T-shirt

Invest in a tee cut from a high quality cotton as this goes with everything you own.

Polo Shirt

Whether you suit up to work or not, every man should own at least a complete suit piece. #BossManโœ”

Looks smarter when with jeans.

So here’s what we going to do, let’s keep a journal, so we can mark our progress.

Don’t be too hard on yourself if you don’t get to tick all the boxes this week. Remember it’s a process, doesn’t have to be 100/100 at first but we work towards doing better the following weeks to come.

I hope you find this post helpful as you kick start your week.

What Are You Known For?

Upon graduating๐ŸŽ“ from University, I wanted more. I was okay with Computers but a deeper hunger wouldn’t let me settle๐Ÿ›‘. So I knew there was more to me, more to my life. More that I can give back. A launch out of something never thought of.
Thankfully, after much “trial and error”, I gained focus and knew what it was I was to live for. How to feed this holy hunger that’s haunted me for years.
Fashion๐Ÿ‘— came into the picture and it came to settle๐Ÿ’ƒ. The next question was, “where and how do I commence and make an impact in the field?”?๐Ÿ™„๐Ÿ™ƒ
I had my own taste and beliefs when it comes to Fashion. I believe in things done moderately. I believe in staying trendy, classy, stylish, unique and of cause decency. I believe in a lifestyle of ease which permeates into every aspect of my life.๐Ÿ™‹

With my beliefs in check, I made up my mind to stand for A DECENT FASHION!๐Ÿ™Œ
And my assignment was to show the world that it’s possible to be fashionable in a decent way. Which is MY CALL!๐Ÿ‘
and yes, my uniqueness!!!๐Ÿ‘Œ

As a Fashion Designer, I made my designs portray my beliefs and that’s what I sell to my clients.

I take the ordinary and add the extra to have the extraordinary piece. I go all the way to make sure my products stand out. Both in design, sewing, neatness, colour mix, finishing and what have you.

I have always learnt to appreciate what I own and this brought about my love for African prints. I love them prints, I love to play with colours, I love to mix and match

our rich African Prints with other fabric to bring out a unique piece of attire.๐Ÿ’Ÿ For those who know me personally, you know I rock my African prints any day any time. It’s not a Friday routine for me, but rather an everyday opportunity to showcase to the world the beauty we own.๐ŸŒŽ๐ŸŒ๐ŸŒ

I could go on and on but here’s the reason for this post – whatever you do, be yourself! There can only be a version of you and that is YOU!
STAND FOR SOMETHING๐Ÿ•ด
BE KNOWN FOR SOMETHING๐Ÿ’ฏ
In whatever field you are in, you can aspire to be different, to be better, to pioneer something that has never been done before. To start a movement and to live for something.โœ”โœ”โœ”

So, what do you live for?

ARE YOU A FINISHED PRODUCT?

There’s something about FINISHED PRODUCT that gives us butterflies in our tummies. Something about well cooked and served meal that brightens our moment. Something about these MADE MEN that’s keeps us wishing and hoping we were them or related to them one way or the other.

Have you ever heard, “If I can just marry Dangote’s daughter or son.”? Well now you get it right? But here’s the thing: These finished products or men are result of processes. The meal you devoured went through different stages of production processes. The beauty product you bought and enjoyed while using it went through its own production process and quality control. The dress you wore and got so many admiration for, had it’s own sketch, design and pruning moment.

Furthermore, these “MADE MEN” we hope and aspire to be like, had their own processes. Difficult times, dues to pay, days they toiled and got their hands dirty, those ugly moments you cannot envisage. I was watching a video of Arnold Schwarzenegger (AI on my Android did the spelling for me) where he discussed about some of his rejections before breaking into stardom. Funny enough we don’t bother to hear the story behind the glory but it doesn’t erase the fact that everyone and every made thing went through its own ugly time and rigorous production process. The petroleum we all enjoy today passes through fractional distillation (ask the sciences inclined students) I once drew that chat and failed, just to tell you that nothing good comes easy.

Your own process is ongoing, no need to rush, no need to jump process, don’t think of shortcutting either, cause it will only harm the process and produce an “ALMOST MADE MAN”.

Stay true and stay through
The world awaits your FINISHED PRODUCT.
